- Cough: Dates, combined with dried figs, may be an appropriate remedy for treating cough. (Decoction of three dates and two figs in a liter of water for 10 minutes. A couple of cups a day)
Internal use remedies with dates
- Sore throat: For its magnesium and niacin content , the decoction of dates helps to overcome the pain in tonsillitis and reduce the size of the tonsils. (Make a decoction for 10 minutes of 4 dates in a glass of water. Let cool slightly and make gargling with the liquid)
