February - March. Purple flowers till 1,2 cm, very aromatic in long inflorescences born before the leaves.
Water it abundantly to recreate the conditions in which it grows in natural state: under the trees and rocks until the 2600 m.
For flowerbeds under other trees or humid rocky places , especially for the reddish fruits that mature in summer. These are very toxic.
Sun or demishade.
 
From cuttings or layers.
Fertile soil well drained The soild should not be removed not to affect the roots.
