RYE CRACKERS RECIPE

Ingredients:

- 500g rye flour

- 250g butter or margarine

- 250g of sugar

- 1 egg

- Grated lemon

Preparation:

- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

- Prepare the dough with all ingredients. Consistency should be thick without being sticky, just enough so you can mold and make shapes. You can add a little flour to thicken it if necessary.

- Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and shape the dough until flat and thin to obtain the desired thickness for cookies.
