Artichokes breaded with egg yolk and flour

Breaded artichokes recipe

Ingredients for 4 people:

Preparation:

  • Clean the artichokes and remove the stems and tough leaves, leaving only the heart.
  • Cut the artichokes into elongated pieces. Salt them at will.
  • Open and beat the eggs in a bowl
  • Wet the artichokes in the beaten eggs.
  • Pass the wet artichokes into the flour.
  • In a frying pan, pour the Olive oil.
  • Fry the artichokes breaded with the egg yolk and flour into the oil.

  • It is used as an accompaniment to other dishes
