RECIPE: BROCCOLI WITH WHITE SAUCE

BROCCOLI WITH WHITE SAUCE

Ingredients for 4 people:

For broccolis:

- 2 broccolis.

- 2 cloves of garlic.

- 2 tablespoons olive oil.

For the bechamel:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil.

- 40 gr. flour.

- Salt

- 400 ml. milk.

- 1 small onion, grated.

Preparation:

- Clean and separate broccolis to bouquets.

- Put water to boil with a little salt. Boil the broccolis until tender.

- Cut the garlics in fine slices, saute them in two tablespoons of Olive oil. Add them to the boiled broccoli.

- Make a white sauce with flour, milk and Olive oil. (More about the recipe for bechamel sauce)

- Cover the broccolis previously prepared with bechamel sauce. (Optionally, you can spread 100 gr grated cheese on the preparation and baked for 5 minutes.)

Ways to serve:

Serve hot as a starter.
