Cassava porridge

CASSAVA RECIPES

CASSAVA PORRIDGE WITH SORGHUM

Ingredients:

- 50g flaked sorghum.

- 50g of cassava.

- 75g of soy milk or water.

- Salt

Preparation:

- Ground the sorghum into flour.

- Mix the sorghum and cassava with soy milk or water until you obtain the desired consistency.

- Season with salt.

- Dish and serve.

Use:

Use it as the first course for lunch
