HOW TO PREPARE DURIANS

Durian milkshake recipe

Ingredients:

- Pulp, 1 cup fresh or frozen durian without seeds.

- Half ripe banana

- Juice of half a lemon squeezed

- Pinch of cinnamon

- 2 cups of milk, yogurt or coconut milk

- Optional: garnish with grated coconut

Preparation:

- Mix all ingredients together.

- It should be smooth.

Properties:

This is a recipe rich in natural antioxidants from fruits, calcium and lactic acid bacteria from yogurt. Fun, friendly and easy to make, this recipe helps prevent constipation and, for its high content of vitamin C, helps in cases of colds, to maintain youthful skin and fight against aging.
