HAZELNUT RECIPES: GLAZED HAZELNUTS

Ingredients:

- 250 gr. hazelnuts

- 2 tablespoons butter.

- � cup of granulated sugar.

- 1 tablespoon salt.

Preparation:

- Toast the hazelnuts, placing them on a pan in the oven at 275 � C for 20 or 25 minutes.

- Take away the skin. Rub hazelnuts still warm with a dry cloth.

- Heat the butter in a skillet.

- Pour the hazelnuts and stir for 6 minutes.

- Add sugar and salt, stirring until sugar is caramelized the hazelnuts.

How to serve?

- Serve as dessert for lunch or a snack for mid-morning or mid-afternoon.
