Recipe of mushrooms cream
Ingredients for mushrooms cream (4 people):
- 1 kilo of mushrooms.
- 5 tablespoons cornmeal.
- A cup of milk
- Olive oil.
- A sprig of parsley.
- Dry Bread.
Preparation of mushrooms cream:
- Wash the mushrooms and prepare them well.
- After washing the mushrooms well and removing the damaged or unserviceable parts, cut them in slices.
- Pour 4 tablespoons of Olive oil in a frying pan and, once hot, introduce the mushrooms. Saute the mushrooms lightly, without evaporating the water they produce. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Dilute the cornstarch or cornmeal in a bowl with the cup of milk, stirring well to dilute it completely.
- Pour this liquid into a saucepan, add the mushrooms and a couple of glasses of water. Salt to taste.
- Once it starts to boil, let it simmer for half an hour.
- Once cooked, beat it well with a whisk or blender.
- Fry some dried bread cubes.
- Serve hot, decorated with the dry bread cubes and some parsley leaves.

It is eaten as a starter. Serve it hot
