Properties of okra chips
Photography of okra cut in size for frying. They are coated directly or fried in oil.
FRIED OKRA RECIPE (FRIED QUIMBOMBO OR OKRA CHIPS)
- 200g. of okra
- Olive oil for frying
- Wash the okra and dry with paper towels.
- Fry okra in a pan. The oil should never smoke.
- Cover a plate with paper towels where to place okra after frying, to absorb the excess of oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve as a starter or accompaniment.
Another variant of the recipe is to fry okra, whole or sliced, with breadcrumbs or cornmeal.
