COOKED PEARS WITH CINNAMON RECIPE

Ingredients

- 3- 4 pears

- 2 cinnamon sticks

- Half lemon

- 1 cup water

Elaboration

- Clean the pears, cut off the tail, peel and split them in half or quarters.

- Put water to boil.

- Cook the pears for 5 minutes over medium heat.

- Lower the heat and add the cinnamon and lemon slices, cook for 3 minutes.

- Turn off heat and let stand 4 minutes.
