How to make roasted pecans

ROASTED PECANS RECIPE

Ingredients

- Pecans

- Salt

Elaboration

- In a pan, put all the ingredients over low heat.

- Stir constantly so that the nuts to be toasted.

- Let stand on a plate and eat when cool.

Nutritional comment

Salted pecans are a delicious snack full of healthy fats, minerals and antioxidant provitamin E.

Among its benefits, we can mention the wealth of oleic acid, the same type of fat that olive oil gives us.

If roasted with salt, they should be occasionally consumed and in moderation, because cooked in this way, this would be a recipe rich in sodium, totally contraindicated for people with hypertension or heart problems.
