Pina colada properties
- White rum
- Pineapple juice
- Coconut Milk
- Fresh pineapple
- Brown sugar
Preparation for one drink:
- In a mixing bowl (shaker), place 4 parts pineapple juice (80ml.), 3 parts coconut milk (60ml.), 2 parts white rum (40ml.) and 1 tablespoon of sugar (15g.).
- Add ice, cover the container and shake energetically.

- Serve on a wide glass, garnished with a slice of pineapple.
