PISTACHIO SAUCE RECIPE

Ingredients

– Pistachios roasted and peeled

olive oil

basil

– parsley

– Spring onions

Garlic

Salt

Pepper

Elaboration

– Pour all ingredients in a blender.

– Crush them all until a homogeneous mixture is done.

– Serve it on a plate to dress the desired dish.
