WHAT CAN YOU EAT AND WHAT YOU CAN'T IF YOU HAVE LUPUS

Recommended and non-recommended food for lupus

RECOMMENDED FOOD
Sources of carbohydrates Those having basifying minerals should predominate, including magnesium: - Potato, sweet potato
- Legumes such as lentils, peas, chickpeas or beans. 3 to 4 times a week.
