Tempeh cubes salad

Salad of tempeh cubes

TEMPEH CUBES SALAD

Ingredients

- 30g lettuce

- 50g of dried cherry tomatoes

- 60g of tempeh

- 10g Parmesan cheese

- Olive oil

- Vinegar of Modena reduced

- Salt

Elaboration:

- Wash the lettuce and place it in a salad tray.

- Fry tempeh lightly in a skillet the baked diced and depositit over the salad.

- Add the dried tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.

- Season to taste and serve.

Way to serve:

Serve as a first course
