WATERCRESS SANDWICH

WATERCRESS SANDWICH RECIPE

Ingredients for 1 sandwich

- 1 bunch of watercress.

- A loaf of bread.

- Sesame oil

- Soy sauce.

- Salt.

Preparation

- Wash the watercress.

- Pour a small amount of sesame oil in a pan to be greased.

- Stir fry watercress leaves, remove them from the pan and place on a plate.

- Open the bun in half and toasted sesame oil in skillet

- Place the watercress leaves on the toast and season with soy sauce.

Wayto serve it

Serve it hot as an afternoon snack.
