- 750g of tomatoes
- 2 onions
- A pepper
- A cucumber
- Wash, peel and slice the onions and cucumber.
- Wash and chop the tomatoes and peppers.
- Cut the beets.
- Mix all the vegetables and strain them.
- Add water if you want a more liquid texture.
- Add salt to taste and add a little olive oil.
- Refrigerate until consumed
- Dish and serve.
