Brazil nuts are the seeds of a tree that grows in the Amazon forests called Brazil nut tree (Bertholletia excelsa Humb. & Bonpl.).

They are crispy, but when chewed, they have a very creamy, pleasant texture and mild flavor reminiscent of raw almonds.

Its texture and color can remind us macadamia nuts.
