BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH BECHAMEL SAUCE
- 100g of brussels sprouts.
- Bechamel (white sauce)
- Grated cheese gratin.
- Wash and cut the brussels sprouts in two
- Put them aside.
- Pour white sauce on the cabbage and sprinkle the grated cheese.
- Bake au gratin mode, remove when brown.
- Dish and serve.
