Endive salad with pine nuts and sorghum

RECIPES OF ENDIVES

ENDIVES SALAD WITH PINE NUTS AND SORGHUM

Ingredients:

- 50g flaked sorghum.

- 50g of pine nuts.

- 75g of endives.

- Oil.

- Vinegar.

- Salt



Preparation:

- Take out the endives leaves and put them in a plate.

- Saute the sorghum with the pine nuts in a skillet until browned.

- Pour over the endives the sorghum and pine nuts.

- Prepare a vinaigrette salad dressing.

- Dish and serve.

Used as a starter.
