HARD BOILED EGG SALAD

Ingredients:

1 egg per person

– 5 or 6 lettuce leaves

– 1 medium carrot

– ¼ red pepper

– 1 slice of onion

Salt

Oil

Preparation:

– Boil the eggs.

– Wash and tear the lettuce, the carrots, the pepper and onion.

– Place the vegetables in a bowl.

– Salt and season with oil

– Remove the shell of the hard-boiled egg, peel and chop

– Add the egg to the salad

How to serve:

– Serve as a starter at room temperature
