Hard-boiled egg salad

HARD BOILED EGG SALAD

Ingredients:

- 1 egg per person

- 5 or 6 lettuce leaves

- 1 medium carrot

- ¼ red pepper

- 1 slice of onion

- Salt

- Oil

Preparation:

- Boil the eggs.

- Wash and tear the lettuce, the carrots, the pepper and onion.

- Place the vegetables in a bowl.

- Salt and season with oil

- Remove the shell of the hard-boiled egg, peel and chop

- Add the egg to the salad

How to serve:

- Serve as a starter at room temperature
