PRICKLY PEAR SHAKE
- 1 plain yogurt
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, rinsed and drained.
- Prickly pear
- Mix all ingredients, blend and pour into a bowl. Sprinkle chia seeds on top for garnish.
- You can decorate with fresh fruit, mint leaves or cinnamon, for example.
This reparation is especially recommended for people with constipation.
