CANADIAN POPLAR

February - March. Masculine flowers in more compact catkins that the femenine ones, with the anthers stamens purple. Leaves, till 10 cm, largely petiolated, triangular, with the two faces green, finished in long apex and with a cordate base. Deciduous tree, hybrid between " Populus deltoides and Populus nigra" that can reach 40 m.
