Helianthemum syriacum, Heliantehemun lavandulifolium Miller - (Rockrose)

Erect ligneous bush of the Rock-rose family -cistaceae- till 50 cm tall.Stems covered with grey-white downiness. Lanceolate leaves with inrolled margins and the lower middle nerve very conspicuous. Yellow flowers of about 2 cm., all of them gathered together at one side of the floral axis. In fields of thyme and dry calcareous places.
