What is the origin of modern roses?

The rose is one of the most known appreciated flowers throughout the world. It may be regarded as a garden flower and also as a flower to be cut in order to put it into a vase or to gift it.

The rose growing as an ornamental bush has been attributed to the Arab culture. Historically speaking , the origin of the modern rose can be explained in the following way:
