Animal foods that contain lots of protein

Among the foods of animal origin with many proteins must point out the following:

– Eggs

Milk and dairy products, especially skim milk, nonfat yogurt and cheese.

– Meat, especially beef and turkey and pork products (salted ham, ham sausage, sausages, etc.).Veal, chicken, lamb or goat also contain much protein.

– Liver

– Shellfish: shrimp, crayfish, prawns, mussels, etc..

– Fish, especially salmon, monkfish, cod, sardines, hake and tuna.

Foods of plant origin containing many proteins

Among the main high vegetable-protein food we must refer the following:

Legumes, especially soy and soy products like tofu, soy milk, tempeh, and yuba.

– Chickpeas, beans, lentils, beans, peas, etc, also contain lots of protein.

– Nuts: almonds, walnuts, raisins, hazelnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, etc.

Cereals, especially oats, and wheat but also barley, rice, etc.
