Thymelaea tinctoria (Pourret) Endl. – (…….)

Perennial shrub of the Thymeleceae family till 60 cm tall. Wooden stems below, with soft pubescence, showing the scars of the of the leaves along the surface of the defoliated stem. Solitary flowers, born on the of the superior leaves, greenish, with yellow stamens, till 7 mm. Dry and glabrous fruit. In dry lands and degraded woods of Mediterranean climate.
