VARIED TOMATO SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
– Tomatoes for salad
– Green onions cut into half moons
– Canned Olives
– Canned Pickles
– Canned Chives
– Fresh parsley
– Fresh Fennel
– Salt
Preparation:
– Cut the tomatoes into large wedges
– Cut the onion into half moons
– Place the tomato slices decoratively
– Place the onion over
– Add the olives and pickled vegetables
– Season with fresh chopped parsley and fennel, olive oil and salt.
