Watercress sandwich

Recipe of a sandwich made with watercress and sesame oil


Ingredients for 1 sandwich

– 1 bunch of watercress.

– A loaf of bread.

– Sesame oil

– Soy sauce.



– Wash the watercress.

– Pour a small amount of sesame oil in a pan to be greased.

– Stir fry watercress leaves, remove them from the pan and place on a plate.

– Open the bun in half and toasted sesame oil in skillet

– Place the watercress leaves on the toast and season with soy sauce.

Wayto serve it

Serve it hot as an afternoon snack.
