BRUSSELS SPROUTS RECIPES

BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH BECHAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients:

– 100g of brussels sprouts.

– Bechamel (white sauce)

– Grated cheese gratin.

Salt

Preparation:

– Wash and cut the brussels sprouts in two

– Put them aside.

– Pour white sauce on the cabbage and sprinkle the grated cheese.

– Bake au gratin mode, remove when brown.

– Dish and serve.

Use

Use it as accompaniment or first course.
