SOUP OF WILD ASPARAGUS RECIPE
Soup of wild asparagus (4 people)
Ingredients:
1 onion- 2 potatoes
 - 1 bunch of wild asparagus.
 - Salt
 
Preparation:
- In a pot fry lightly the grated onion and the tender tips of wild asparagus once cut in little fragments.
 - Add a bit of salt.
 - Poor ¾ of a liter of water.
 - Cut the potatoes in thin slices and pour them in the pot. Leave all boil for 20 minutes.
 
How to serve it?
We can serve this soup directly in a dish or we can crush it with a mixer. Some aromatic herbs, such as rosemary or thyme, can be added optionally.
