How to prepare a cucumber vinaigrette

CUCUMBER VINAIGRETTE RECIPE

Ingredients:

– 50g cucumbers.

– 1 yogurt

– Oil.

– Vinegar.

– Salt

Preparation:

– Wash, peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces.

– Grind the cucumber with the yogurt with a little oil and few drops of vinegar, until to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

– Add salt to taste.

– Pour into the salad and serve.
