Recipe of mushrooms cream
Ingredients for mushrooms cream (4 people):
– 1 kilo of mushrooms.
– 5 tablespoons cornmeal.
– A cup of milk
– Water
– Olive oil.
– A sprig of parsley.
– Dry Bread.
– Salt
Preparation of mushrooms cream:
– Wash the mushrooms and prepare them well.
– After washing the mushrooms well and removing the damaged or unserviceable parts, cut them in slices.
– Pour 4 tablespoons of Olive oil in a frying pan and, once hot, introduce the mushrooms. Saute the mushrooms lightly, without evaporating the water they produce. Remove the pan from the heat.
– Dilute the cornstarch or cornmeal in a bowl with the cup of milk, stirring well to dilute it completely.
– Pour this liquid into a saucepan, add the mushrooms and a couple of glasses of water. Salt to taste.
– Once it starts to boil, let it simmer for half an hour.
– Once cooked, beat it well with a whisk or blender.
– Fry some dried bread cubes.
– Serve hot, decorated with the dry bread cubes and some parsley leaves.

It is eaten as a starter. Serve it hot
