STUFFED PIQUILLO PEPPERS RECIPE

How to make stuffed piquillo peppers

Ingredients:

– 1 can of piquillo pepper.

– 1 goat cheese.

– 50g rocket.

– Oil.

Salt

Pepper.

Preparation:

– Drain the piquillo peppers and stuff them with goat cheese using a small spoon.

– Cover a tray with rocket and put on the stuffed peppers.

– Season and dress with a little oil on top.

– Serve.

Use:

They are used as an appetizer.
