GUAVA SHAKE

Ingredients:

- Guava

- Yogurt

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- Half a squeezed lemon

- Optional: add milk to get thinner.

- Chia Seeds

Preparation:

- Mix all ingredients, pour into a bowl and mash. Sprinkle chia seeds on top for garnish.

- You can decorate with fresh fruit, mint leaves or cinnamon, for example.

Properties:

This recipe is very antioxidant because of fruits. It provides calcium and lactic acid bacteria from yogurt. Fun, friendly and easy to make, this recipe helps prevent constipation and, because it is high in vitamin C, it helps in cases of cold, to maintain youthful skin and anti-aging.

We recommend sprinkle with chia seeds to benefit from Omega 3 content and the fiber of this valuable seed plenty of mucilage.
