Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized carrot.
- 4 tablespoons of yogurt.
- 1 teaspoon oatmeal.
Preparation:
- Wash the carrot, cut it into small pieces and discard the hard part inside.
- With the help of a fork, mash the carrot sticks into a paste.
- Add the yogurt and oatmeal and stir well to form a smooth paste.
How to use it:
Apply a thin layer of this mask to your skin and leave it for about 20 minutes. Clean with clay water.
