Foods high in fat

Many foods are well known for its fat content. Especially prominent are the oils. But not only oils have fat; other foods are rich in fats.

The following table shows a list of foods high in fat. The left column shows those with "visible fats" on the right there are foods with "hidden fat" with which we must be very prudent in consumption.

Among the unsaturated fats, we have the division between monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats:
