How to cook radishes

RED RADISH SALAD WITH ONION RECIPE

Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 onion

- 100 gr. red radish

- Olive oil, vinegar and salt

- � lettuce

Preparation:

- Peel the onion and wash all the ingredients.

- Place chopped lettuce as basis.

- Cut the onions and radishes into thin rings, saving a radish for the final decoration.

- Put on the lettuce a layer of onion rings.

- Form an outer circle with sliced radishes.

- Cut the leftover radish as petals and place it in the center.

- Dress with a tablespoon of oil, another one of vinegar and a pinch of salt

- You can spread a tablespoon of sesame seeds on top.

How to serve:

Serve it as a main course for lunch or dinner.
