Asparagus soup

  • Clean the asparagus.
  • Cut them into small pieces. Discard the stud that is not tender.
  • Fry the grated onion and chopped asparagus into small pieces.
  • Add a little salt. Pour ¾ liter of water.
  • Add the finely sliced potatoes and boil for 20 minutes.

Method of serving

  • Serve directly on the plate or, if preferred, crush it in a blender. Optionally you can add herbs such as rosemary or thyme.
