– 750g of tomatoes
– 2 onions
– A pepper
– A cucumber
– Wash, peel and slice the onions and cucumber.
– Wash and chop the tomatoes and peppers.
– Cut the beets.
– Mix all the vegetables and strain them.
– Add water if you want a more liquid texture.
– Add salt to taste and add a little olive oil.
– Refrigerate until consumed
– Dish and serve.
Used as a starter.
