BEET CREAM RECIPE

beetIngredients:

Preparation:

  • Wash, peel and slice the onions and cucumber.
  • Wash and chop the tomatoes and peppers.
  • Cut the beets.
  • Mix all the vegetables and strain them.
  • Add water if you want a more liquid texture.
  • Add salt to taste and add a little olive oil.
  • Refrigerate until consumed
  • Dish and serve.

  • Used as a starter.
