CASSAVA RECIPES

CASSAVA PORRIDGE WITH SORGHUM

Ingredients:

– 50g flaked sorghum.

– 50g of cassava.

– 75g of soy milk or water.

Salt

Preparation:

– Ground the sorghum into flour.

– Mix the sorghum and cassava with soy milk or water until you obtain the desired consistency.

– Season with salt.

– Dish and serve.
