How to prepare a raw vegetable salad

RAW VEGETABLE SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients for four people:

Preparation:

  • Clean and chop the tomatoes
  • Wash and cut the lettuce
  • Clean and cut the peppers into long shape
  • In a bowl, put the ingredients and season them with Olive oil and salt
  • Place the lettuce in the bottom of the pan
  • Place the tomato slices on the edge of the plate as a wheel
  • Cover the top of the lettuce with beets
  • Decorate the lettuce by placing the peppers over it, between the beet and the tomatoes in a radial form

How to serve it:

Serve it at room temperature as a starter. Season with olive oil and salt if necessary, on the same plate
