How to prepare a raw vegetable salad
RAW VEGETABLE SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients for four people:
– 4 tomatoes.
– 1 red pepper.
– Lettuce
– Grated beets in vinegar.
– 1 onion.
– Olive oil.
– Salt
Preparation
– Clean and chop the tomatoes.
– Wash and cut the lettuce.
– Clean and cut the peppers into long shape
– In a bowl, put the ingredients and season them with Olive oil and salt.
– Place the lettuce in the bottom of the pan.
– Place the tomato slices on the edge of the plate as a wheel.
– Cover the top of the lettuce with beets
– Decorate the lettuce by placing the peppers over it, between the beet and the tomatoes in a radial form.
How to serve it
Serve it at room temperature as a starter. Season with olive oil and salt if necessary, on the same plate.
