RECIPES OF BEETS

BATTERED BEET

Ingredients:

– 100g of flour.

– 50g of beet sugar.

– Oil.

Preparation:

– Pour oil in a skillet.

– Wash and cut the beet into slices

– On a plate pour the flour and coat the beet.

– Fry and remove when it starts to brown and crisp.

– Dish and serve.

Use:

It is used as accompaniment.
