Pizza omelette



- 1 egg (per person)

- 50ml tomato sauce

- 100g mozzarella

- Oregano

- Salt

- Oil


- Preheat oven to 180 º C.

- In a jelly mold, pour a little oil to grease the base so as omelette does not stick.

- Wash and beat the eggs in a bowl, cut the mozzarella into small cubes and, together with the tomato sauce, add it to the beaten eggs mixing everything.

- Add salt to taste.

- Pour the mixture in the jelly molds and place them in the oven until done.

How to serve

- Sprinkle oregano on top and serve.
