How to prepare a shampoo with medicinal plants for the treatment of dandruff


– 10 g of dry sage leaves.

– 5 g of dry thyme leaves

– 10 g of soapwort root.

– 1 pinch of dry nettle leaves.

– ½ liter of water.


– Make a 25 minutes decoction of all the herbs and the soapwort root in ½ liter of water.

– Filter it well


It’s a single use preparation to treat dandruff. Apply on your hair abundantly. Leave it there for 5 minutes and rinse your hair well, preferable with mineral or natural water without chlorine. Repeat the process.
