Apple salad

How to make an apple salad


Ingredients for four people:

  • apples374 kg of strawberries.
  • 220 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 apples
  • Two yogurts.
  • Currants.
  • Apple cider vinegar.
  • Brown sugar


  • Clean and wash the strawberries and remove the stalks and leaves. (Wash before cutting the corners so they do not lose vitamins and minerals)
  • Chop the strawberries
  • Add the brown sugar and a little apple cider vinegar. Let stand for half an hour to decrease the acidity
  • Mix the cottage cheese and yogurt. Add the sliced ​​strawberries and a handful of currants. Mix everything very well.
  • Just before serving to avoid the apples browning, peel the apples, grate and cover the salad.
