- Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) In combination with bugleweed can help decrease the enzymatic production of the thyroid.(Infusion of half a teaspoon of bugleweed and half a lemon balm per cup of water. Take 3 cups a day)
- Radish (Raphanus sativus) Another member of the crucifer family that can help control the excessive production of hormones that cause hyperthyroidism. (Eat this food)
