CARROT JUICE WITH TOMATO AND PARSLEY

Ingredients:

– 2 carrots

– 2 apples

– 1 lemon

– parsley

Preparation:

– Peel the carrots and wash the apples and carrots.

– Place the carrots and apple in the blender.

– Squeeze the lemon juice and mix it with the liquid.

– Serve cold and freshly made in a glass.

Ways to serve:
