RECIPES OF ENDIVES

ENDIVES SALAD WITH PINE NUTS AND SORGHUM

Ingredients:

– 50g flaked sorghum.

– 50g of pine nuts.

– 75g of endives.

Oil.

– Vinegar.

Salt

Preparation:

– Take out the endives leaves and put them in a plate.

– Saute the sorghum with the pine nuts in a skillet until browned.

– Pour over the endives the sorghum and pine nuts.

– Prepare a vinaigrette salad dressing.

– Dish and serve.

Use:

Used as a starter.
